Dustin Allen, MBA, is the Finance Manager at Visari Financial, where he leads the firm’s day-to-day finance and accounting function. He’s been a business owner himself — co-founding an ambulance company in the Midwest, growing it to 40+ employees, and exiting through a sale — which is why he understands the operator’s seat from the inside. After his exit, Dustin spent over a decade with one of the world’s largest EMS providers, advancing into senior operational leadership over 400+ employees while earning a Bachelor’s in Accounting and an MBA. Today, he partners with Visari’s clients to rebuild accounting systems, implement scalable controls, optimize cash flow, and turn complex financial environments into clear, actionable visibility. As an active real estate investor, Dustin brings a particular focus to supporting investors. Outside of work, he’s at his kids’ soccer games or on the ice playing hockey.
